Made from heritage pork belly, our pancetta is slowly cured for one month and then aged in our dedicated whole muscle aging room for another month. Its high fat content gives the pancetta a rich creamy texture. Shelf stable and ready to eat, our pancetta can be consumed straight from the package or can be cooked. *Contains wine.
