Holiday Sausage Making Class, Nov 30th
This hands-on class allows you to roll up your sleeves, jump in, or just watch from the sidelines while you enjoy freshly made sausage. The celebration is enhanced with an Italian Winter treat…risotto with imported, freshly shaved, Italian Winter Truffles. Members get to take sausage home just in time for the holiday.
2-hour sessions at 10AM, 1PM, and 4PM
MEMBERS are allowed to bring guests to this event,
