Journeyman Meat Company was begun by Peter & Cathy Seghesio in 2017 to continue their family’s long-standing tradition of curing meats in the family wine cellar. Today, the salumi is crafted in wine country’s only USDA cured meat facility with world’s finest Italian equipment using century old family recipes. Like Dry Creek Winery, they combine a family’s history, passion and future. Together, this pairing package shows the extraordinary wine and culinary bounty of Sonoma County.
